We are conveniently situated in a residential area, a few minutes away from Eastbourne?s town centre with its many restaurants, traditional pubs, theatre, cinema and main line railway station.

The Gables Bed & Breakfast Eastbourne, is a detached Edwardian property on a tree lined road with a superb garden, providing bed and breakfast in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The Edwardian house has its original fireplaces in the bedrooms and dining area, with stained glass windows in the hall. All our rooms are spacious with large windows giving you a feeling of openess, warmth and fresh air

The house has a superb garden to sit back and relax or simply gaze upon. We have a selection of continental & english breakfasts which can be enjoyed in our breakfast room, which offers individual dining tables for each room. All our food is made from the finest ingredients, free range eggs and homegrown fruit when in season

Upon arrival we offer refreshments. We are conveniently situated in a residential area, a few minutes away from Eastbourne?s town centre, with its many restaurants, traditional pubs, theatre, cinema and main line railway station. Eastbourne?s attractive seafront, lined with carpet gardens and floral displays are near to our B and B

The South Downs Way and the famous cliffs of Beachy Head; recognised as areas of outstanding beauty are also close by. Other local attractions include Devonshire Park tennis courts, Sovereign Harbour, beautiful parks and three golf courses. History plays a large part in Eastbourne?s surrounding areas

Hastings, Battle, Arundel, Chichester, Brighton and Lewes hold a wealth of historical interest, making Eastbourne the ideal base for visiting historic houses, magnificent castles and gardens. If walking or rambling is your chosen activity, Eastbourne is the starting point for the beautiful South Downs Way which stretches all the way to Winchester. In addition, the lovely Seven Sisters Country Park is short car / bus drive away
