A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at this beautiful Victorian guest house which is run by Jim and Jeanette Morgan. The house and its rooms have been restored to a very high standard. We are only 10 minutes walk from West St Leonards station and within easy access of main roads to London, Dover and the west country

There is plenty of unrestricted parking around the guest house and we are situated opposite the start/finish line of the Hastings Half Marathon. The shops, cinemas, theatres, castle and pier of Hastings are only a few minutes drive away. There are many sights, events and activities to be enjoyed throughout the year in the local area as well as walking, swimming and much, much more
