Its unique beauty attracts lovers of wind sports, for its reliable onshore winds; for the children, the "blue flag" beach is sandy, safe and clean, over 2 miles long and half-a-milewide at low tide.Rooms: All 18 bedrooms are simply but comfortably decorated, using natural fabrics.
The beds are gloriously comfortable, the very best mattresses, soft duvets, feather or hypo-allergenic pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets.
There is a choice of twin, double, triple and family size rooms all with remote controlled TV/DVD combos, complimentary DVD library and DAB Radios.
All rooms feature stunningly white en-suite bathrooms.Brasserie:The light and airy contemporary styling, helpful, friendly service, and soft jazz, all contribute to a relaxed and informal experience for diners in the brasserie or basking in the sunshine on our terrace.
Our cooking is straightforward with much use made of the grill.
Our menu varies with seasonal availability and will appeal to customers who like simple untained food.
Ingredients are sourced from local producers and where possible are organic.

Directions
From the M20 take Junction 10 - Ashford & Brenzett. Follow the signs to the A2070 Brenzett and Ham Street. At Brenzett, go straight over at the roundabout following signs for the A259 Rye. Half a mile before you enter Rye, take the left hand turn to Camber. Follow the road around past the Rye Windsurfing School and The Rye Golf Course. As you enter the village of Camber you will find The Place on the left hand side opposite the first beach car park. Please note that weekends friday and saturday their is a minimum night stay of 1 night. Thank you
