Our chef focuses on locally sourced and seasonal produce and we pride ourselves on the quality of our cask conditioned ale. We serve the best bitter of the local brewer Harveys of Lewes - as well as regularly changing guest ales We can offer facilities for conferences and events, particularly weddings, and our accommodation ranges from standard double to twin rooms to feature rooms including our luxurious four poster suite.
