From M20 leave at junction 10. Take A2070 to Brenzett and after approx 9.9 miles turn left to Ivychurch. Moat House will be found on the left after half a mile. (We are 15 minutes from the M20).From Rye A259 for approx 8 miles. Cross over 2 roundabouts onto A2070 - signposted Channel Tunnel -After 1 mile approx on A2070 turn right to Ivuchurch. Moat House will be found on the left after half a mile.
