A traditional 14th Century Pub with six en-suite guest rooms. Food is served daily along with traditional ales and log fires.

On the Essex and Cambridge border The Queens Head Inn is a traditional 14th Century Coaching inn Grade II listed with roaring log fires in the winter months and a english counrty garden to relax during the summer months Six en-suite guest rooms all with flat screen TV free wifi tea & coffee facilities in each room freshly pressed white sheets and fluffy white towels. Breakfast served for guest - Monday to Friday 7am to 10am Saturday to Sunday 8am to 10am Food served daily - Monday to Saturday - 12.00-2.30pm and 6.00-9.00pm and Sunday - 12.00-4.00pm. All prepared buy our Head Chef Gareth.

The Inn is also close to Duxford Airport - which regular hold air shows. In walking distance is the market town of Saffron Walden which still has a tradtional market on a Tuesday & Saturday.

Being in the English Countryside - the location is great for keen cyclists. Families welcome and the most important family dog. The Queens Head is a family run business.
