The Lodge is completely separate from the main residence with its own entrance and parking, the 55 square metres of luxurious ground floor accommodation includes an en suite bathroom and kitchen without cooking facilities or microwave

Directions by roadFrom Colchester on A 133 towards Clacton go past Essex University and turn left at the end of Dual Carriageway before reaching the village of Elmstead Market into Tye Road. Balls Farm is half a mile on the right hand side.From Harwich towards London on A120 turn left onto the Harwich road following the sign to Elmstead Market go through the village and turn right immediately on leaving the 30 MPH section into Tye Road. Balls Farm is half a mile on the right hand side.From Ipswich on the A12 at Colchester take A120 towards Harwich. At the Clacton junction continue towards Harwich and then turn right towards Elmstead Market. At the traffic lights turn right towards Colchester on leaving Elmstead Market after the 30 MPH section turn right into Tye Road. Balls Farm is half a mile on the right hand side.
