The Dairy at Packridge Farm, Romsey

Accommodation Description:
Packridge Farm is a 16th Century farmhouse set in 10 acres. It is ideally located just off the M27 between Southampton and Romsey. There is an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, perfect for romantics



Set in a peaceful rural location The Dairy provides excellent accommodation in what was once the milking parlour. Ensuite rooms have four-poster beds and free WiFi connection. The guests' lounge has a snooker table and an inglenook with wood burning stove

Private dining with your own butler is available for ?35 per head (minimum ?80 for two) in the farmhouse's Jacobean candlelit dining room. Thirty six hours notice is required as you will plan your own menu with help from your butler. We are able to accommodate breakfast meetings and small networking events for up to 20 people

The accommodation is close to Romsey, the New Forest and 5 minutes from the M27. Southampton Airport 10 minutes, Cross Channel Ferry and Cruise Lines 20 minutes. Pre-booked parking and transfer to and from the cruise terminals is available and is free to guests who book their cruise holiday through The Dairy's own travel agency (ABTA registration C1953)

The area is ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding, and by prior arrangement, stabling or full livery can be provided. A superb buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room. A full cooked and speciality breakfast menu is available at weekends and main holiday periods

Packed lunches can be supplied. The Dairy does not have a restaurant, but the nearest eating establishment is approximately two miles away. There is a microwave in the dining area for guests wishing to bring in their own food; alternatively we can supply a cold plated meal for ?8

The Dairy Annexe, once the old milking sheds, has been beautifully converted to provide two en suite double rooms and guests' lounge/games room with a large Inglenook fireplace (complete with wood burning stove for those cold winter nights). Buffet breakfasts and full cooked breakfasts (with prior arrangement) are available. A packed lunch can be made for our guests and there is a butler-service dinner option, also with prior arrangement.
