Scotland Farm is situated on the edge of its own fields and woodland with wonderful walks and views to the South Downs. It is off the beaten track but surprisingly close to main communication routes with central London being less than an hour away, by road or rail - an ideal place to stay for business or pleasure.
Guests will find a warm, friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere where they can escape from the pressures of the outside world, discover the calm of the countryside and enjoy starry night skies and beautiful sunrises. The newly converted bedrooms offer quality bed and breakfast accommodation, around the courtyard and independent from the farmhouse.
Afternoon tea is served on arrival and each morning a farmhouse breakfast using eggs from free ranging chickens, home-made bread and jams and locally sourced produce including Wallops Wood Farm sausages and bacon. Conference facilities, ample secure parking, Free WIFI access and stabling for guest horses are all available. Wheelchair users will find a level access shower and ground floor rooms. There are many local pubs serving real ale and good food for supper or lunch.
