Welcome to The Filly Inn, a charming 16th Century inn situated in the small hamlet of Setley in the heart of the New Forest. Providing bed & breakfast accommodation, bike hire, restaurant and a friendly bar serving real ales. An ideal place for immediate walks yet not far from the coastal and Market town of Lymington or the village of Brockenhurst

It takes about half an hour by car to Southampton or Bournemouth and isn't far from Winchester or Salisbury. Feeling active? Bike rides, sailing or horse riding are all close at hand. We have 5 comfortable B&B rooms; at the front overlooking heathland where ponies and cattle roam freely and the back overlooks Royden Wood, with its beautiful walks

All rooms have tea & coffee facilities & colour television. A full English breakfast is served in the restaurant. The Filly Inn is one of the most picturesque, cosy, traditional country inns you are ever likely to visit; renowned for its freshly prepared home cooked food and friendly atmosphere

The oldest part of the pub goes back to the 16th Century. Low ceilings & sturdy oak beams adorned with traps and old gadgets abound. The Inn boasts a large accessible car park, beer garden & has an outstanding restaurant offering an extensive selection of fine wines & ales, as well as a superb menu selection

Portions are a good size so you won?t leave hungry. All of this and the relaxed yet professional approach of the Filly team make it the perfect place to relax.

Directions:
Lymington|Boat|4|Pick up the A337 heading for Brockenhurst. You will see a sign and us on the right hand side 1 mile before Brockenhurst. Or take the train from Lymington Ferry to Brockenhurst and then a taxi for the 1 mile trip up the road. This road is not suitable for walking. Southampton Airport|Air|20|Either take a train from Southampton Parkway to Brckenhurst and then get a taxi for the last mile. Or get a taxi straight through. Brockenhurst Station|Train|1|Take a taxi from the station. It's only 1 mile up the road. This road is not suitable to walk along. M27|Road|6|Come off at Juction 1 and left at the first roundabout and right at the next (signed for Lyndhurst). Continue for a few miles into Lyndhurst.Turn left at the lights and right at the botton of the high street (opposite the Ferrari forecourt - signed Brockenhurst). Stay in the left lane and go straight for a few miles into and through Brockenhurst. When you cross the railway crossing in Brockenhurst continue for another mile and the Filly Inn is on your left. Look for the brown road sign.
