The village of Hursley is most well known for its strong associations with the family of Oliver Cromwell; it is for this reason that it is believed the King's Head originally gained its name

Wines are sourced from a number of local as well as London-based merchants giving us a broad and global coverage and we take great care in stocking and cellaring our wines

Restaurant - In our restaurant head chef makes full use of the abundance of excellent local produce and we are also members and supporters of Hampshire Fare our local food group. Our emphasis is on local home-cooked food. Our core menu changes seasonally and in addition there is always a large selection of daily starter main-course and pudding specials' from which to choose
