On the southern edge of the New Forest the resort looks over lawns and gardens towards the Solent and Isle of Wight. Lymington is only 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk. The Isle of Wight Ferry terminal is approximately 500 meters, taking 30 minutes to sail across to Yarmouth

From London take the M3M27 west. Exit at junction 1 onto the A337 for Lyndhurst Brockenhurst and Lymington. Shortly before Lymington town centre turn left following the signs for the Isle of Wight ferry. Elmers Court is approximately 200 meters past the ferry terminal on the right.
