Nick, Marion and Ben wait to welcome you to our small family Inn. Just a short distance from both M25, M1 and A1. Homecooked food is served in our Benicks Restaurant Tuesday to Saturday lunchtime and evenings (no food available on Mondays) and Sundays from 12

30pm - 3.30pm. We are widely known for our Cask Ales, hosting a Beer Festival several times a year

Directions:
M25 Take junction 23 off M25 heading north on A1. Turn off at junction 6. Over 2 roundabouts following signs to Stevenage. 3rd roundabout take the third exit sign posted to Knebworth (B197). Follow road for approx. 1 miles The Chequers Inn is on the left hand side.A1 SouthboundTurn off at junction 7 taking the first exit at the roundabout at the top of the slip road. Straight over the second roundabout follow the duel carriage way and take the 3rd exit at the third roundabout. Down the hill to the 4th roundabout take the first exit (B197) sign posted to Knebworth. At the mini roundabout take the 2nd exit. Straight over the next 2 mini roundabouts taking you through Knebworth. The Chequers Inn is approx. 1 mile on the right hand side.
