Directions
Directions from Canterbury From Canterbury, follow the A28 towards Ashford for 3.5 miles. You will go past Chartham village on your left, and then Shalmsford Street. Carry on over the brow of a slight hill, where you will see a turning on your right called Shalmsford Lane & signed to Old Wives Lees. Go straight on past this turning staying on the A28 for about 250 yrds and we are the third house on the left. You will see our B&B sign on the left side. If you go past ?Sunny Bank Garage? (on the right) you have just passed us! Directions from Dover A2 Come off A2 signed ?Wincheap? Exit. At traffic lights turn left. This is the A28 road heading towards Ashford. Follow as for directions from Canterbury. Directions from Ashford Follow the A28 from Ashford towards Canterbury. At the junction where the A28 meets the A252 turn right towards Canterbury. Follow this road, go past ?The Old Alma? and Chilham Shop, and two car gargas on your right. Pass the turning on your left (Bowerland Lane). As you pass Sunny Bank gargae indicate right. We are the next house on the right. Directions from M2 Come off at junction 6 and pick up the A251 heading towards Ashford. You will pass through the villages of Sheldwich, Badlesmere and Leaveland. Follow until you reach a roundabout, and turn left. This is the A252. Follow this road which will lead into the A28. Go past The Old Alma, train station, and Chilham Shop and two car garages on your right. Pass the turning on your left (Bowerland Lane). As you pass Sunny Bank garage indicate right. We are the next house on the right. Directions from M20 coast bound Come off the M20 at junction 8 to pick up the A20 (signed Leeds Castle or Lenham) Straight over the two roundabouts by Leeds Castle. Pass the villages of Harrietsham, Lenham, Warren Street. At the large roundabout, turn left to Charing (A252) Follow up the steep hill through the woods. Pass Challock. At roundabout go straight over. The half way house will be on your right-hand side and a car sales garage on your left Follow this road for a couple of miles, past Chilham village on your right. Keep going until you reach Sunny Bank Garage. Indicate right and we are the next house on the right. Directions from M20 Channel Tunnel Pick up the M20 heading towards Ashford. Come off at juntion 10. At the roundabout take the exit for A2070. At roundabout turn right onto the A28 towards Canterbury. Follow this road. You will pass the village of Wye, and Godmersham. At the junction of the A252 Turn right. Pass the Old Alma, Train station and Chilham Store. Past Bowerland Lane on your left and Sunny Bank Garage. We are the next house on the right after Sunny Bank Garage

Cancellation Deadline
On making a booking, 50% of the reservation will be debited from your card and final balance will be requested on arrival. Credit cards incur a £3.50 booking fee or 3.5% which ever is the greater and £1.00 for debit cards, per transaction. If cancellation occurs a £10.00 admin fee, plus lateroom charges will be charged, and the remaining amount paid as a deposit will be returned if the room for its duration of the booking is relet.. 100 % on the day, 50% with more than 24 hours notice.
