The front door has a raised sill of 16 cm. All bedrooms are upstairs, and there are another 16 steps (rise 20 cm; tread 26 cm) to the first floor. There are handrails on all stairways. The hotel does not have a lift. Heavy Luggage: The hotel does not have a facility for carrying luggage. The hotel is happy to care for heavy luggage downstairs and suggests an overnight bag for short stays.
