We wish to welcome you to the Old Post House Hotel, set in the beautiful Ribble Valley. As a family run hotel it offers a friendly personal service to both business and private guests.

***2 Night Dinner B&B Packages Available- Single ?80, Double/Twin ?160*** The Old Post House Hotel was used as a post office up until 1928, since then it has been Clitheroe's most prestigious and distinctive hotel. Clitheroe is a historic Lancashire market town in the delightful Ribble Valley. The nearest airport is at Blackpool some 27 miles

Whether you enjoy the occasional cycle ride or you are a serious enthusiast, we can offer excellent facilities including cycle hire, packed lunches, secure bicycle storage, maps and free cycle routes for the Ribble Valley. There are also many countryside walks either long or short to suit all ages and abilities, all incorporating beautiful scenery. Our restaurant serves traditional homemade food and an excellent Lancashire breakfast

We offer a bed and breakfast package at a very reasonable price, making us the perfect base for your visit to the Ribble Valley. We have 11 rooms to offer including an annex, all with en-suite facilities, also free WiFi internet access. There is ramp access at the rear of the hotel, where our private car park is also available for residents and diners

The hotel is in the centre of Clitheroe and just seconds away from the bus and train interchange, also within a five minute walk is Clitheroe castle and the museum. The area has fantastic sporting facilities, including a number of golf courses. Whatever your reason for staying, you will find a warm welcome awaits you at The Old Post House

Directions:
Clitheroe interchange|Train|0.1|Exit train platform and turn right, continue forward and turn right again under railway bridge, cross main road and continue forward between health center and Dawsons hardware store to hotel entrance on your right. M6|Road|15|Exit the moterway at junction 31, follow the the A59 signposted clitheroe approximately 14 miles. At the clitheroe roundabout take the 1st exit and continue forward into the town center and turn left onto king street (barclays bank is located on the corner). Contine forward on king street and the old post house is on your right hand side directly opposite the police station. For car park continue to the end of king street and turn right, and then sharp right before the health center.
