We are ideally situated in the main holiday area, on Alexandra Road, just off the Promenade between South and Central Piers, and close to all the main attractions - Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle/Waterworld, & Blackpool Tower. Waterloo Road and Bond Street shopping area just a few minutes walk as well as a JD Weatherspoon pub - The Auctioneer - with great value food & drinks.

We provide a choice of spacious and comfortable ensuite and standard rooms all with hospitality tray and home cooked breakfast. Free Wi-Fi internet hotspot for our guests with laptops. You are welcome to eat your takeaway in our dining room - plates cutlery and condiments provided! Peak holiday weekends, we ask if you can book at ieast a 2 nights stay.
