1. Grange-over-Sands is about 12 miles from Junction 36 of the M6 motorway following the A590 then the B5277.2. After passing the train station in Grange-over-Sands turn left at the mini-roundabout (signed Cartmel)3. Follow this Main Street up the hill through town to the next mini-roundabout4. Take the first exit (the Esplanade) signed for Holker Hall and Flookburgh soon joining Kents Bank Road5. After the pelican crossing and telephone box on your left Corner Beech is on your right.
