Approaching Newark from the South on the A1Take the first exit off the A1 signposted Newark and Balderton. Follow the road towards Newark. Drive through the village of Balderton passing the Grove Public House and the Grove Leisure Centre on the right. You will shortly go over a hump back bridge and past a sign on the left saying welcome to historic Newark. The hotel is approximately 200 yards on the right hand side opposite The Polish War Graves. Approaching Newark from the North on the A1Leave the A1 at the A46 junction signposted NewarkLincoln and follow the directions below.Approaching Newark from Lincoln on the A46Follow the main A46 towards Newark passing Macdonalds and Kentucky Fried Chicken on the right. You will then pass through a set of traffic lights over the railway bridge and past Big W Curry's etc on the right. Continue through the next set of traffic lights to the roundabout. Follow the road straight across signposted Grantham and Balderton (Castle is on the right) continue round a sharp bend Ford garage is on the right to the next set of traffic lights. Keep in the left hand lane and go straight across signposted GranthamBalderton passing The Jet Garage on the left. Pass through another set of traffic lights hotel is approximately 200 yards on the left hand sideApproaching Newark from LeicesterNottingham A46After passing through the village of Farndon you will approach a large roundabout take the third exit passing The Lord Ted Restaurant on the left. Follow the road for approximately one and a half miles passing the Marina on the left to a set of traffic lights. Turn right signposted BalderonGrantham. Thai Restaurant is on your left and Mandarin on right. Continue through the next set of lights hotel is approximately 200 yards after the lights on the left hand side
