The Crown Hotel is set in the historic town centre of Stamford, just 12 miles from Peterborough and close to the A1.

The Crown has been transformed into a contemporary and stylish boutique hotel.

All the traditional features have been retained whilst the best of new technology has been installed throughout.

The two lounges are cosy and welcoming with comfortable seating and roaring open fires.

There is also an attractive heated patio area for al fresco dining.

Please be warned; The Crown is a no smoking establishment but in order not to upset the smokers a covered and heated shelter has been erected!

The bedrooms are located in three seperate buildings.

In the main building all bedrooms are unique and individual and offer private/en-suite facilities, satellite TV, hairdryer, and tea & coffee making facilities.

Just up the road from the hotel is a unique Georgian property comprising two double en suite bedrooms and a split level family room.

This location is ideal if you prefer a bit more peace and quiet.

Adjacent to the hotel is a quaint 18th century stone cottage consisting of one twin en suite room (suitable for the disabled), one double room with private shower room and one split level suite/family room.

Directions
From the North or South Leave the A1 at the Carpenter Lodge roundabout then follow Stamford Town on the B1081, at the cross roads go straight on and over the River Welland bridge then follow the road up the hill, left then right (town centre) the All Saints Church is in front of you drive around the back of the Church on the cobbled road and the Private car park is on the left. (Note it is a one way road in front of the Hotel ).
