Our restaurant Alexander`s offers special rates to residents, book early to avoid disappointment (essential at weekends) bookings should be made direct to Alexander's on 0161 973 1881.We have Family Suites available, Park & Fly Rates(where you can leave your car free of charge for the duration of your holiday), corporate Business Rates, Room Only Rates(without breakfast) & Group/Family booking discounts available, please note that with most Executive/Standard Doubles we can put in a Z bed at a cost of £15 per person.

When booking a room please read the room description carefully .

We have 3 types of rooms, BUDGET (This comes under the 'STANDARD' heading as Late Rooms don't have a catergory for BUDGET!) Then we have STANDARD & EXECUTIVE rooms.

Budget rooms are' basic & dated ' our plan is to knock them through to make more EXECUTIVE rooms but this will take time and lots of money!

We are trying to be as honest as possible about what we are!

most people seem to like us and come back time and time again others we just can't get rid of no matter how hard we try! and some just don't like us.

We are a small Family run hotel who still cares about our customers, we serve really nice food, our staff are very helpful and friendly & yes we do resemble Fawlty Towers at times but we aren't perfect but we will do our very best to look after you.

We are in a perfect location for Manchester and all it has to offer!

Directions
Travelling by car, come off M60 @ J7. follow signs for Sale along the A56. Turn left @ lights into Dane Rd (B5397). After the Bridge Inn take next right into Winstanley Rd. Go to the end and turn right and then second on left is Irlam Rd. The Lennox Lea is halfway down on the left on the corner of Charlton Dr. If travelling by Metro, come out of main station entrance, turn right & walk along Northenden Rd. Irlam Rd is the second road on the left. Halfway down on the right is Charlton Dr & Lennox Lea hotel is on the corner. (Approx 5 mins walk).
