With Manchester's vibrant, musical heart beating on our doorstep, the Hilton Chambers hostel is ideal for any short or not so short stay in Manchester and for anyone who wishes to explore the fascinating musical and industrial heritage of this cracking city. Only opened since March this year the Hilton Chambers offers modern and spacious en-suite private double rooms with the biggest and softest beds you're ever likely to fall into, electronic key card access as well as TV and free broadband internet connection.
Our dormitory rooms are also en-suite and can sleep up to six persons comfortably and will suit families or groups of friends coming to the city.
No TV's in these rooms however as we try to do what we can to help others in dormitories get some rest.
This is a party city so rest when you can get it is important.
We do provide a quieter alternative to big hotels and hostels.
Your security is paramount to us with CCTV throughout the property as well as a 24 hour manned reception desk with buzzer access to the building.
All guests are required to produce valid photo ID as an added security measure. Located in the Northern Quarter not far from Piccadilly train Hilton Chambers is ideally located beside all the major attractions and shops.
The famous Afflecks Palace is right around the corner. Facilities included in the price: 24 hour unlimited tea/coffee and toast with jam in our fully equipped self catering kitchen, free internet access, private rooftop deck area with BBQ facilities, and in depth local knowledge provided by happy and most obliging staff.
Cook for yourself or your family in our kitchen which is well equipped with hobs, microwaves and all the utensils you will need to cook up a storm.
Meet fellow travellers in our cosy TV lounge with big soft couches and flat screen TV.
We also have an internet room for those who do not travel with laptops... and it's still free!
At least once a week guests are invited on a Northern Quarter pub crawl (usually Thursdays) which is proving to be popular with independent travellers and couples and first time visitors to Manchester... great way to meet other travellers and learn some Manc wit. We are within walking distance to all major transport links and secure car parking facilities.
