A valid credit/debit card is required to complete your reservation. (If booked through Laterooms this will already have been provided)
Vehicles and personal possessions are left on the site at the owners risk.
All bookings will be charged to the card provided at the time of the booking.
3% surcharge on all credit and visa cards. (inc. cancellations)
Our cancellation policy is as follows:-
Cancellation outside 7 Days will be refunded minus 10% admin charge.
Parties are strictly forbidden. Any that take place will be stopped immediately and the guests asked to leave without refund.
Additional cleaning costs will be implemented on apartments left in anunsatisfactory condition (£35)
Any damage or missing items will be paid for by the guest who originally booked the apartment.
Any lost or non returned keys will be charged £90.
CityServe Apartments bare no responsibility for any lost or damaged personal items during a stay.
Neither will we be held responsible for any personal accident or injury incurred during a stay at one of our apartments.
CityServe apartments may cancel your booking at any time or offer an alternative CityServe apartment (if available) We will not be responsible for finding alternative accomadation outside of this.
Any complaints must be made within 24hrs of departure.
