If youre after a quiet space for the more artyleftycultured traveller in Liverpool, Moolin Rouge Apartment is a second floor apartment which sleeps up to four people right in the cultural heart of Liverpool City Centres Bold Street. With easy collection of keys from premises downstairs and with all bedding, towels, tea, coffee and shower stuff provided, the apartment is right opposite Liverpools arthouse cinema complex FACT and radical bookshop News From Nowhere, and within 2 minutes walking distance of various bars, cafs and art galleries The apartment consists of one large and very quiet double glazed bedroom with a king sized bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, a living room with a double sofa-bed and a fully fitted kitchen. Features Include: - Large bright bedroom with king sized bed and outlook on Roman Catholic Cathedral (or the top of it at least)- Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge, oven and hob- Full laundry facilities including washer dryer and iron- Digital television including two dedicated movie channels free to guests, Film Four and all Freeview channels- DVD player (multi-region) and stereo system with fairly artyleft-wing DVD library (er, and Murder She Wrote boxsets. .)- Digital radio including all local and national DAB stations - Playstation 2 games console with various family games- 2 goldfish to stare at, although they dont do very much- Nice pictures of cows hanging on the walls, hence the tenuously linked name. PLEASE NOTE! THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL BLOCK AND THERE IS A STRICT NO NOISE POLICY AFTER 11PM EVEN ON WEEKENDS, AND SO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES, HEN NIGHTS, ETC Any damages or disturbances to neighbours will be deducted from your credit card. If your arrival time will be later than 10pm, please phone Late Rooms to make the booking and ask them to check on picking up keys for you. The apartment is gay friendly and multiculturally aware - its more of a Guardian readers space to be honest, although thats not a mandatory requirement (!) Please also note the apartment is NO SMOKING throughout, is on the second floor which is reached by stairs, and there is no parking available on site in the daytime although there is a lovely secure NCP type carpark around the corner, and free on-street parking between 6pm and 8am Accommodation Rating: 3*A Self assessed Facilities
