The building was erected in 1884 and was originally used as a tea warehouse; it was then converted for use as a print works until 1965.
Since then, it has had a variety of uses the lower floor became a focal point for Liverpoola??s Punk and new wave scene.
The 1st floor housed acclaimed local band OMDa??s recording studio in the early 80a??s. Abandoned and left derelict during the 90a??s it has had a £5 million spent restoring it to ita??s former glory which will offer the city a lavish, exciting and chic socializing spaces. Original elegance has been restored and preserved; the unique 300-year old American pitch pine beams have been exposed to highlight this fantastic original feature.

The PRINT Bar on the ground floor is home to reception area and a cafe/bar .It is a grande space with dramatic glass entrances on Stanley Street and Rainford Gardens, double height ceilings with the original pitch pine beams plus a more private mezzanine area.
