The building was erected in 1884 and was originally used as a tea warehouse; it was then converted for use as a print works until 1965.
Since then, it has had a variety of uses the lower floor became a focal point for Liverpoola??s Punk and new wave scene.
The 1st floor housed acclaimed local band OMDa??s recording studio in the early 80a??s. Abandoned and left derelict during the 90a??s it has had a £5 million spent restoring it to ita??s former glory which will offer the city a lavish, exciting and chic socializing spaces.
