The Borders is a fantastic area for a family holiday. Nearby Canty?s are long stretches of sandy beaches, from Cockleburn to Bamburgh; places to walk; pony trekking; visits to farms such as Conundrum Farm; Deer parks; Lindisfarne Island; Seahouses and boat trips; Alnwick Castle, Harry Potter?s Castle, further down the A1; Edinburgh or Newcastle around an hour?s drive away; the list is endless. There is plenty to do and plenty to see, whether locally or within a short drive. We offer a friendly, family environment to which to return. Your children will love the long slide and gardens in which to run and play, as well as watching the ducks and swans glide by on the river. There are fantastic places for family picnics within a short walk and our conservatory is stocked with games and books. The long summer evenings here will keep your children entertained before enjoying a good night?s sleep in our comfortable room.
