Hallbarns is a recently refurbished four star detached farmhouse, set on a working farm, situated on the edge of Hadrian's Wall. Relax in our garden with its scenic views or our sitting room with TV and log fire after your day of walking or sight seeing. There are also BBQ facilities available for the summer

We are in an ideal location from which to enjoy the peaceful North Tyne Valley. Hallbarns is 20 minutes from Hexham, 1 mile from Hadrian's Wall and 3 miles from Wark. The village, Simonburn is a very small hamlet

It is on Cycle Route 39 National Byway. We are also close to several local attractions including Kielder, the largest man-made forest and lake in Europe, Hadrian?s wall, and nearby facilities to go horse riding, horse racing, canoeing, bird watching or fishing. Stabling for four horses or free parking available

Breakfast is included, packed lunches and evening meals are available.
