Farmhouse breakfasts using all local produce including our own free-range eggs, comfortable accommodation, a warm welcome and stunning views of the Northumbrian countryside are our recipe for a relaxing stay at Kellah Bed and Breakfast Accommodation. The five en-suite bedrooms are in a newly refurbished self contained unit that used to be The Pitman?s Arms public house, before it closed in the late 1900?s. Each room is furnished to a high standard in the character of a country farmhouse

A separate bathroom is available for anyone who prefers to soak in the bath after a long day's walking. Water is heated by solar panels and provides plenty of hot water for baths and showers. Farmhouse breakfasts, including a vegetarian option, are served in the double dining room

The large lounge with its black-range fireplaces, TV, DVD and children?s games are available for guests use at any time. Guests can relax outside on the stone flagged patio area. A laundry and boot drying room is available for our guests' convenience, as we are in a fantastic walking area

There are plenty of parking spaces available next to the unit. A cot is available on request.

Directions:
The East A1|Road|36|From the A1 or Newcastle, take the A69 for Carlisle. At Haltwhistle DO NOT turn off the A69 but follow the A69 past Haltwhistle's cricket pitch and take the first turning on the left for Featherstone. Follow the road up the hill past the TV mast and take the next left turn for Featherstone. Take the next right turning at the sign-post for Kellah 1 1/4 miles. The West M6|Road|18|From the M6 Junction 43 or Carlisle, take the A69 towards Newcastle, approximately 15 miles. Take the road on the right marked Featherstone 2 miles.Kellah 1 1/4 miles is sign-posted further along this road.
