To the north of Alnwick the next large town is Berwick upon Tweed a medieval walled town which is a distance of about 30 miles. Alnwick is accessible by air with the nearest airport being at Newcastle and we are approximately 80 miles from the historic city of Edinburgh which is also the location of the next nearest major Airport.
