Those venturing to the delights of Northumberland for the first time will be pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to reach us, regardless of what method of travel you choose. Alnmouth is very well served by the transport system and can be easily reached by road, rail or air. The A1 is just 10 minutes away by car whilst the railway station at Alnmouth, which provides connections to the east coast mainline services between London and Edinburgh, is just a 5-minute taxi ride or bus journey from Seafield House - there is a bus stop diagonally opposite. The area in and around Alnmouth offers spectacular natural scenery as well as more attractions than you can hope to fit in on one trip; you are of course, welcome to return anytime! A varied breakfast menu is on offer using local and where possible, organic and fairtrade produce. Guests are welcome to use the guest lounge, with roaring log fire during the winter months, as well as the beautiful garden which enjoys views over the River Aln estuary. Have a leisurely start to the day reading your complimentary newspaper. An ideal base for golfers, cyclists and walkers alike.
