Chare Close B&B, Haltwhistle

Accommodation Description:
Set in the traditional market town of Haltwhistle, the proprietors look forward to offering you a warm Northumbrian welcome to their beautiful B&B accommodation.

Chare Close Bed and Breakfast, originally built in 1820, is situated at the Town Foot area of Haltwhistle. Haltwhistle is the "centre of Britain" and town foot is the site of the original town. Chare Close has undergone sensitive restorations, creating a "home away from home" for our guests

Chare Close is situated close to the Haltwhistle burn and gorge providing easy access to the Hadrian's Wall World Heritage site and beyond. Cycle routes for Hadrian's Wall, the Pennine Way, and the new South Tyne Way also run directly past the front door. Local shops, bus stops and the railway station are within an easy walk as are the local pubs! We are delighted to be able to offer visitors the choice of three rooms all with en suite facilities and the comforts of home such as TV/DVDs, tea and coffee etc

Visitors have the exclusive use of a comfortable lounge and dining area with a large lobby for walkers and cyclists to store outdoor clothes and boots.
