We want our guests to enjoy their break at their own pace having their own space and privacy, breakfast in delivered to your room which allows you the flexibility to eat at a time you choose!

Birnam is set in its own secluded mature tree lined private garden off a quiet private road but close to all amenities including the new leisure pool and Sainsbury's. All our spacious bedrooms have views of the trees and garden together with high quality ensuite bathrooms, flat screen HD freeview multi-channel TV?s, DVD player and tea & coffee facilities & Fridge. We feel that your holiday should not be rushed or regimented so unique to Birnam is that each room has a sitting area where you can have a relaxed breakfast

This allows you the flexibility as to what time of the morning you eat. Breakfast is a substantial varied continental breakfast using locally famous Ringtons teas, Craster kipper pate and beautiful homemade jams (when available). We have a lovely private garden area with seating, where you can choose to eat breakfast and a patio / decking area by the pond
