Nottinghams first and only purpose built boutique hotel opened in Spring 2003 Harts is also Nottinghams highest rated hotel according to the AA Guide.The hotel is a three minute walk from the city centre yet perfectly placed in a quiet cul de sac away from the noise of traffic and nightclubs emptying. The hotel has its own car park (charged at £8

00 per car per night) and 24 of the 32 rooms and suites have stunning views over our private garden and the quiet Park area of Nottingham. Harts Restaurant is amongst the best in town and is the two time winner of the Best Service award and is currently Restaurant of the Year in the Nottingham Restaurant Awards. Attention to detail and personal service are what makes Harts a cut above the rest

Please note smoking is not permitted in any of our bedrooms. We reserve the right to fine guests who ignore this rule. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE We try to have rooms ready from 2pm but should guests arrive earlier they are always welcome to register and leave their luggage and or car until their room is ready

We ask guests to leave by Noon but will always try to accommodate a guest needing a late departure. Times below are a guide only.

Directions:
GPS users: please enter the street name Park Row' on your sat nav. Hart's is located at the top of Park Row through the black iron gates on the left hand side. (The site of the old Nottingham General Hospital)Sat Nav coordinates: N - 5257.117 W - 19.394.Directions to Hart's Nottingham.Those who know the city should follow the city zonal signs for NOTTINGHAM CASTLE ZONE (coloured Brown); the signs ultimately direct you onto 'Maid Marian Way' upon doing so you should continue up the hill through the traffic lights and past the Gala Casino building on your left. As you pass the casino you need to turn left immediately into Park Row which has additional signage Mount Street Car Park' (CASTLE). Continue 200m right to the top of the hill (passing over a bizarre crossroads junction) you will find Hart's at the very top on the left through the black iron gates.Directions from South of Nottingham:From the South take the M1 NORTH leaving the motorway at Junction 24. At the roundabout take the 4th exit signposted Nottingham A453. Follow this road for approximately 10 miles into Clifton. At the first roundabout continue straight on into Clifton centre passing Nottingham Trent University on your left. Continue straight on through the major crossroad traffic lights and follow the road onto the flyover. Stay in the far left hand lane and continue onto another flyover which should take you down towards a Porsche garage. Continue along this road following signs and remaining on the A453 City Centre until you reach a T-junction. Here you should see the Nottingham Evening Post building on your right and Planet HealthNottingham Blood Donor centre in front of you. Stay in the left hand lane and follow the road around to the right. At the next set of traffic lights follow the road around to the left through a very small (!) tunnel. You are on 'Maid Marian Way' upon doing so you should continue up the hill through the traffic lights and past the Gala Casino building on your left. As you pass the casino you need to turn left immediately into Park Row which has additional signage Mount Street Car Park' (CASTLE). Continue 200m right to the top of the hill (passing over a bizarre crossroads junction) you will find Hart's at the very top on the left through the black iron gates.You have arrived. Continue past the hotel and turn right into our car park entrance and press the buzzer at the red barrier.Directions from North of NottinghamFrom the North take the M1 SOUTH leaving the M1 at Junction 26. Take the 1st exit and follow signs for Nottingham A610. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit and continue following signs for Nottingham A610. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit as if turning straight on again signposted Nottingham A610. This road has a 30mph speed limit and is monitored by state of the art speed cameras be careful! You will continue along this road though Aspley and across a major junction with the A52. Continue to follow signs for Nottingham A610 you will drive through fairly residential areas over a small bridge (no water underneath!) and up a slight hill. When you reach the top of this hill you should see a restaurant called '1877' ahead of you slightly to the right. At this point you will be on Alfreton Road. Follow the road down and through a small tunnel which runs underneath a building. You will come to a roundabout where you will need to take the 2nd exit following the road straight onto Maid Marian Way and turn right at the lights into Friar Lane. Follow the road round to the right past the CASTLE gates up a slight hill and round to the right passing Freeth Cartwright solicitors on your left. As you pass Freeth Cartwright you need to take the immediate left into Cumberland Place. You will pass an NCP car park on your right. Take the first left onto Park Row and follow the road to the top of the hill. Look left and you will see Hart's through the black iron gates.You have arrived.
