Set on the pedestrianised part of historic Broad Street, The Buttery is one of Oxford?s most central accommodation providers. All 16 rooms are en-suite, some with original fireplaces and are decorated in a neutral style with light colours. The Buttery provides bed and breakfast accommodation in a choice of double, twin, single or family rooms

Deluxe rooms have views overlooking Broad Street and Balliol College and standard rooms look out onto Ship Street buildings. All rooms offer free broadband internet access, flat screen televisions, direct dial telephones, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryers and electric shaver points. Rates include breakfast, which is served downstairs in the Oxford Campus Buttery

Being centrally located we are in easy walking distance of a number of museums, theatres, the main shopping areas as well as variety of restaurants and pubs offering a wide range of evening meal eating options. Links to public transport are easy, with the train station fifteen minutes walk or a short taxi ride away and the coach station even closer, five minutes walk at the most. Park and Ride bus stops are also only a few minutes walk from the door

Access after 6pm in the evening is gained via an intercom on the left handside of the front door and our night porter ensures access is available throughout the night. Public parking facilities with payment meters are available.

The Buttery is a few minutes ahead on the right. (10 minutes) To return to the park and ride catch the bus from the A2 stop on George Street. Water Eaton|Bus|4.5|Catch any bus running to City Centre. Get off at Magdalen Street East. Turn right off the bus walking to the end of the street. Turn Right onto Broad Street. The Buttery is a minute ahead on the right. (12 minutes) To return catch the bus from the C3 station on Magalen Street (outside the Odeon cinema) Pear Tree Park & Ride|Bus|4|Catch any 300 bus running from Pear Tree via City Centre to Redbridge. Get off at the George Street stop. Turn left and walk to the end of George Street. Continue onto Broad Street, The Buttery is a minutes walk ahead on the right. To return to the Pear Tree site catch the bus from C3 stop on Magdalen Street (outside the Odeon cinema). (12 minutes) Oxford Railway Station|Train|0.71|Coming out of the station, turn left onto Park End Street. Bear right onto Worcester Street. Turn right onto George Street. Continue onto Broad Street. The Buttery is a short distance ahead on the right. Gloucester Green Bus Station|Coach|0.15|From the bus station walk out onto George Street and turn left. Continue straight ahead passing Boswells on your right, onto Broad Street. The Buttery is a minutes walk ahead on your right.
