Wendy & Phil welcome you to Linden Lodge, a 3 star, AA rated late Victorian stone built town house, fully refurbished with all modern amenities. For a finishing touch, we can provide a bottle of Champagne, a bouquet of flowers and Belgian chocolates at an added cost. Ideally situated, the Guest House is only 200 yards from beach, and 10 minutes walk to the town centre with its shops and restaurants

The train station is only a 5 minute walk away. If travelling further afield, we are conveniently located close to two junctions on the M5. Driving we are only half an hour from Cheddar Gorge, The Mendips, and Wookey Hole, and 40 minutes from Bristol

Breakfast is served in the conservatory at an agreed time with you, from 7.30am to 9.30am. We invite you to help yourself to a choice of fruit juices and cereal, then follow this with a traditional English breakfast or a choice of either scrambled or poached eggs. A well recommended vegetarian option is also available. Tea and coffee will be served with toast and a selection of jams and marmalade which are homemade for us by the local Womenメs Institute.

Directions:
M5 - Junction 22|Road|9.3|(from the M5, juction 22). Follow the signs for Weston-super-Mare/A370. After approximately 6 miles carry straight on at "hospital" roundabout signposted to town centre. After 1.5 miles turn right (by pelican crossing) into Clevedon Road. Linden Lodge is on the left hand side just before the traffic lights. M5 - Junction 21|Road|5.3|(From the M5, Junction 21). Follow the signs for Weston-super-Mare/ A370. Continue along the dual carriageway signposted WSM/Town Centre/Sea Life Centre. At 4th roundabout ?Focus/Asda? follow the directions of Town Centre/Winter Gardens. At the ?Gasworks? roundabout turn left at sign for M5 (south) into Drove Road. Take the 2nd right (just after the Ambulance Station) signposted to seafront into Brighton Road. Linden Lodge is over the railway bridge on the right hand side just after the lights.
