Sutherland HouseA Historic Small Hotel in Southwold, Suffolk56 HIGH STREET Southwold Suffolk England IP18 6DN
Accommodation
Description:
From: £80.00 Sutherland House Restaurant with rooms is located on Southwold High Street, and is one of the oldest and most historically important buildings in Southwold. The historical features of a house dating back to 1455, and having Two Star listed status, contrast with comfortable but contemporary furnishings and sumptuous fabrics. Our restaurant has been awarded two rosettes by the AA for the quality of our food The food is locally sourced, we print food miles on our menu to quantify this, and we only use seasonal ingredients. You will not find Asparagus or Strawberries here out of the English growing season and some of our vegetables and soft fruit has only 400 food yards on it as it comes from our own allotment in Southwold! The cycle is complete as we compost all of our vegetable peelings at the allotment in an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint as far as possible. Accommodation Rating: 5* (about ratings) Facilities
