There is a secluded courtyard, and outside tables overlooking the Market Hill offering the perfect surroundings to enjoy table served refreshments in the Suffolk sunshine. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Framlingham Castle.At the heart of Framlingham The Crown is well known for its welcoming atmosphere and makes an ideal base from which to explore the heritage coast and the other attractions of coastal and high Suffolk

Directions:
Directions by road. From the North Take the A14 signposted Harwich Felixstowe and Bury St. Edmunds. Shortly after Stowmarket take the A1120 Stowupland turn off. Follow the A1120 to Saxtead Green and then take the B1119 to Framlingham. On entering Framlingham follow the signs to the town centre and you will see the Crown Hotel on the Market Hill. From the South Take the A12 to Ipswich join the A14 to Felixstowe and then rejoin the A12 signposted to Lowestoft. Shortly after the market town of Woodbridge leave the A12 on the B1116 to Framlingham. On entering Framlingham follow the signs to the town centre and you will see the Crown Hotel on the Market Hill. By Rail The nearest railway stations are Wickham Market Woodbridge Ipswich or Manningtree which provides direct rail links to London every 15 minutes. By Air The nearest international airports are Norwich or Stansted providing a broad selection of scheduled flights across Europe.
