Annie's Guest House is a family-run bed and breakfast offering relaxed and friendly accommodation in clean, comfortable rooms at very competitive rates. We are a completely non-smoking property, ideally situated just a short walk from local parks, beaches, shops, restaurants, nightlife and transport links (bus, ferry and Metro) as well as being just a few minutes drive to the A1, A19 and Tyne Tunnel. Annie's is ideally located just a few minutes walk from local parks and beaches, shopping areas, restaurants, great nightlife and local transport links

Free parking is available right outside Annie's and we are just a few minutes walk from the Tyne & Wear Metro (train), South Shields bus station and the South Shields ferry terminal. Arriving by bike? We are just a hundred yards from a National Cycle Route and we are happy to offer free on site overnight cycle and motorcycle parking. We serve a full English breakfast (freshly cooked to order) from 6

30am seven days a week and guests are offered the use of a fridge and microwave in Annie's dining room. Special diets (gluten/wheat-free, milk-free, Vegan, Vegetarian etc.) catered for by prior arrangement

Directions:
Newcastle upon Tyne|Road|7|Annie's Guest House is on the A194 (Beach Road) leading from South Shields town centre to the coast. The A194 is signposted just before you reach Gateshead and Newcastle (Northbound) on all major routes into the North East. Southbound take the A19 Tyne Tunnel and follow the A194 Beach Road once you emerge from it. Head East towards the sea front as we are only one minute from it.
