We are a completely non-smoking property, ideally situated just a short walk from local parks, beaches, shops, restaurants, nightlife and transport links (bus, ferry and Metro) as well as being just a few minutes drive to the A1, A19 and Tyne Tunnel. Annie's is ideally located just a few minutes walk from local parks and beaches, shopping areas, restaurants, great nightlife and local transport links

Free parking is available right outside Annie's and we are just a few minutes walk from the Tyne & Wear Metro (train), South Shields bus station and the South Shields ferry terminal. Arriving by bike? We are just a hundred yards from a National Cycle Route and we are happy to offer free on site overnight cycle and motorcycle parking. We serve a full English breakfast (freshly cooked to order) from 6

30am seven days a week and guests are offered the use of a fridge and microwave in Annie's dining room. Special diets (gluten/wheat-free, milk-free, Vegan, Vegetarian etc.) catered for by prior arrangement
