Accommodation Description:
With free wireless and wired internet and sleeping 4 adults, this charming family run self catering bungalow is available throughout the year and its location close to the A1 between the airport and Newcastle city centre makes it a perfect stopover for both business travellers and city visitors. It is situated at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area and with local shops and a metro (train) station only 3 minutes walk away. The bungalow is decorated in modern neutral colours and comes complete with a 34 television, DVD player, individual bed linen, towels and all the usual refinements you would expect at home

For families, childrens character bedding (Barbie, Thomas the Tank Engine etc) and a cot can be provided and low level light switches, wide corridors and access ramp by request ensure that disabled vistors are also well catered for. A barbeque is also available in season. As an less expensive alternative to staying at a hotel or high priced city centre apartment it is hard to beat in Newcastle

From the A1:------------------ Take the Fawdon junction (coming from the south signposted City North Gosforth and from the north: Fawdon). - On the roundabout take the exit to Fawdon (from the south: turn right from the north: turn left). - After about 300 yds turn right at the traffic lights.- After about 500 yds turn right into Fawdon Park Road (at the shops)- After about 400 yds turn left into Warrington Road. - The bungalow is the second on the right-From the Airport:----------------------- After leaving the airport take the second left on the A696 roundabout towards Newcastle.- At the A1 junction (about 3 mins) turn left and continue with the directions above from the A1 (coming from the south).From the train station:------------------------------- Take the metro towards the airport and alight at Fawdon.- After leaving the Fawdon metro station cross the road towards the shops.- Walk along Fawdon Park Road for 400 ydsand turn into Warrington Road.- The bungalow is the second on the right-
