Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes .The livingdining room has stunning contemporary furnishings and boasts beautiful views via 4 arched windows There is a 42 plasma Ambilight television with DVD player and internet access is available nearby. Unfortunately the apartment is unsuitable for disabled visitors since it is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building (no lift).Unfortunately we do not accept credit or debit cards Bookings made within 5 days of arrival - cash only please. The building the apartment is in has Italianate styling and was built in 1860 to house the offices of Newcastles wealthiest merchants (one Otto Frederick Ernest Bernicke, a Californian corn merchant is believed to be the first occupant).Quayside Penthouse is perfect for (well behaved) groups, couples travelling together or the ultimate luxurious pad for one special couple Quayside Penthouse offers 1500 square feet of pure luxury. We are happy to accept groups up to 8 but will point out that with only two bathrooms there may be some queuing for ablutions and also bedroom two will be quite cozy !The Penthouse is unfortunately not suitable for very young children (our sister property Quayside View is much more suited to this purpose).
