At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A425 0.7 mi 2 mins 7. Turn left at Church St 220 ft 8. Turn left at Regent Pl 95 ft 9. Turn left 85 ft FROM THE M40 NORTHBOUND - Leave the M40 at junction 13 (LeamingtonWarwick turn off). Turn right over the motorway following signs for the A452 Leamingtonfollow the winding road to the roundabout. Take the third exit towards Leamington A452. FROM THE M40 SOUTHBOUND - Leave the M40 at junction 14 (Leamington turn off). Turn left over the motorway following signs for the A452 Leamington follow straight road to the roundabout take the second exit towards Leamington A452. Next you will approach another roundabout take the second exit to Leamington. You will pass the 'BMW' showrooms on your right. Continue to the next roundabout with 'Frankie and Benny's' on your right. Take the first exit then taking the right lane go round the roundabout the 3rd exit continue to the traffic lights (train Station on the left) go through the lights and you come to another set of lights we are on the left at the lights.( NO ENTRY BATH STREET) Go Past the lights turn first left and left again . for on street parking.
