Enter thru TJ's bar on the ground floor Below are two options 1st one is Google direction from the M40 3. At the M40 junction 13, exit toward Warwick 0.2 mi 4. Turn right at A452/Banbury Rd 1.1 mi 2 mins 5. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A452/Europa Way Go through 2 roundabouts 2.2 mi 4 mins 6. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A425 0.7 mi 2 mins 7. Turn left at Church St 220 ft 8. Turn left at Regent Pl 95 ft 9. Turn left 85 ft FROM THE M40 NORTHBOUND - Leave the M40 at junction 13 (Leamington/Warwick turn off). Turn right over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington,follow the winding road to the roundabout. Take the third exit towards Leamington A452. *** FROM THE M40 SOUTHBOUND - Leave the M40 at junction 14 (Leamington turn off). Turn left over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington, follow straight road to the roundabout, take the second exit towards Leamington A452.*** ***Next you will approach another roundabout, take the second exit to Leamington. You will pass the 'BMW' showrooms on your right. Continue to the next roundabout with 'Frankie & Benny's' on your right.
