Directions
FROM THE M40 NORTHBOUND: Leave the M40 at Juntion 13 (Leamington/Warwick). Turn right passing over the motorway and follow the signs for A452 Leamington. Continue to 1st roundabout. Take 3rd exit towards Leamington A452 and follow directions below.FROM THE M40 SOUTHBOUND:Leave the M40 at Junction 14 (Leamington). Follow the signs for A452 Leamington. Proceed until large roundabout and take 2nd exit towards Leamington A452.BOTH DIRECTIONS FOLLOW FROM HERE:At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit to Leamington. You will pass a BMW Garage on your right. Continue to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit. Proceed over the next roundabout, passing a Ford factory on your right. Turn left into Princes Drive. Follow the road to the end, turning right into Warwick New Road. Proceed for approx 200 yards bearing left when the road forks. The hotel is immediately on your right.
