We are a family business and take great care of all our guests whether long term, weekend or just overnight

We have recently refurbished all our modern bedrooms, all with television and tea/coffee making facilities and the majority with shower/wc. Enjoy good home cooking in tasteful surroundings or take advantage of some of the many restaurants within easy reach, including local pub grub. We have ample secure off-road parking both front and rear

Also there are excellent local bus, taxi and train services easily available. We are within easy access from M42, junction 6, situated off the main A45 Coventry Road. At Yardley Guest House we take your safety seriously, which is why we have been awarded the Birmingham Council 5H Hygiene award, which the highest standard is given

Every area within the house is covered with automatic smoke detection and emergency lighting.

Breakfast available between 7:00am 8:00am during the week and 8:00am to 9:00am during the weekends. The dinning room and large consevatory has over 30 chairs between them overlooking the patio and garden. Take away meals can be eaten in the guest living room in the evening. Enjoy your free cereal and orange juice to start and then on to a full English cooked breakfast with as much toast, tea and coffee as you like.
