From: £60.00 The Plough Inn has a long history going back to 1600s when it was built as a coaching inn. In those days, the beer used to be brought up from the celler in large jugs and served to travellers in the lamp-lit bar cosy snugs. The Inn has been modernised in recent years but the ancient oak beams, small alcoves and blazing open fires are still in place making the inn cosy and intimate place to eat, drink and stay Our award winning restaurant serves fresh food created by the experienced team of chefs every day. In 1985 the barn converted into 8 en-suite rooms by top London designer Michael Priest of Belgravia and further 9 rooms have recently been completed, all offering sumptuous comfort.
