The Crown and Anchor offers basic budget no frills bed and breakfast accommodation and is the ideal place to stay for contractors ,students and travelers who need a break from there journey. with easy access from the M1 A50 AND M6 AND ONLY 30 MINS DRIVE FROM ALTON TOWERS , 5 MIN DRIVE TO BRITIANNA STADIUM AND FENTON MANOR.All rooms are located on the first or second floor of this Victorian building which still retains many of the original fituresAll rooms are functional and basic in decor with en suite facilities the majority of rooms have both shower and bath.all rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities with many having flat screen TV and free view channels ( this service can not be guaranteed in all rooms) all rooms are designed to be functional and basic in decor.The hotel public areas have been decorated to reflect the origins of the hotel .

the facilities available to our customers consist of a Public bar at the rear of the hotel with pool table and juke box this bar is very popular with local people. Being introduced from the end of june2009 will be sizzlers burger and steak house offering a large range of steaks and burgers at realistic prices in a relax comfortable lounge bar and diner.
