Accommodation Description:
The Boathouse is ideally situated for exploring and visiting a wealth of local sites and venues. Historical Bosham Church and Quay is within easy walking distance. Chichester is just a few minutes drive away , or why not take advantage of the bus which stops a few yards down the road

If you are feeling energetic you might enjoy the local cycle path from Emsworth to Chichester which passes by right outside.This superbly renovated 6 bedroomed house offers two guest rooms. All guest bedrooms are independently accessed and therefore provide private and secure access to your accommodation

The stylish guest rooms have their own en-suite toilet and shower. There is also a wall mounted LCD TV in each room providing FREEVIEWAccess to the dining room is via a large deck area constructed with anti-slip walkways. The dining room itself is laid out with table for twos and has a wide selection of breakfast cereals, fruit, yoghurts, light breakfast or Full Blown English

The deck overlooks a large illuminated Koi pond with a stunning water blade fountain. (under construction) The perfect setting for a sociable get together in the long summer evenings. If its later in the year dont worry if there is a nip in the air, snuggle up in one of our sumptious furry throws in front of a log fire with a cocoa

The grounds a still work in progress but dont let that put you off. All walk ways are clean and safe and work does not disturb the guests. In fact everyone that stays has either re-booked or promised to re-book next year to see if the gardens are as spectacular as the house

We have 4 distinctive Cedar wood Dormer windows right opposite Chequers Lane.Coming from Chichester: pass Hilliers garden centre on your left. We are the first house on the right after Ham Farm. Coming from Emsworth: over the Bosham roundabout continue for 3 tenths of a mile. We are the last of a row of 5 bungalows on the left just before you leave Bosham. If you see Hilliers garden centre on the left you have missed us.
