Steve and Jackie Penticost now offer a perfect location to escape the stresses and strains of modern life. With ten en-suite bedrooms we offer you the perfect venue for at relaxing get away or the ideal place for that special occasion such as celebrating an anniversary, special occasion or simply the base for exploring the South Downs Way or attending national sporting events such as Glorious Goodwood, the Festival of Speed and Arundel Cricket week.Our rooms have been recently refurbished and offer a range of choice, from stunning rooms with downland views, to four poster rooms with luxury limestone showers, or superkingsize beds with luxury bathrooms

Whilst here relax in our lounge, enjoy a drink in our bar or simply nestle down with a good book in our English Country Garden. To complete the day why not dine in our own restaurant Wed-Saturday, when we offer a local seasonal menu using the best and freshest ingredients, complemented by an extensive wine list.

The next day, after a full English breakfast using local Sussex produce, you might stroll through Burpham to the River Arun, or walk along many of the marked footpaths onto the Downs directly from our door. We keep extensive advice and maps for walkers and visitors. Then visit Arundel, only two miles away, for its vast array of antiques shops, beautiful Castle and Cathedral, as well as for its stunning surroundings

Directions:
The village of Burpham is reached from a turning on the left just over the railway bridge on the A27 as it leaves Arundel towards Worthing. The turning is sign-posted Warningcamp and Burpham and Burpham Country House hotel. Follow this delightful country lane for two and a half miles and you will see Burpham Country House clearly signposted on the right hand side.
