The Denewood is situated in a quiet residential avenue just moments away from Sandown's beautiful golden Blue Flag Award beaches & bustling esplanade & pier, and with the Tiger Sanctuary & Zoo, Putting & Golf Courses, traditional seaside amusements and high street, all within walking distance from The Denewood. For those who wish to explore further, there is a bus stop at the end of the road and also one in the high street, while Sandown's train station is just a ten minute walk away. This family run guest accommodation extends a warm & friendly welcome to all our guests

We take pride in our attention to detail, personal care, friendliness and ensure that every effort is made to make our guests feel comfortable. All our bedrooms are ensuite and centrally heated with colour television, clock radio, beverage facilities and a hairdryer. Baby monitors are available on request

All our rooms provide for your comfort and relaxation, but for that special occasion, why not book our four poster room and add a touch of romance to your holiday. The dining room is spacious and inviting with an extensive breakfast menu that also caters for vegetarians. During high season evening meals can be ordered and our menu selection changes daily, catering for those who prefer the British traditional fare as well as those with a more adventurous palate

Vegetarian choices are always included on our menu and children can choose from the main menu or a special selection of children's favorites. A selection of popular wines is available to compliment your evening meal. The Denewood is the perfect base from which to explore the beauty, history & character of this peaceful island

The Island is a treasure chest of fossils waiting to be found on the beaches and cliffs, but if you have a taste for history there is Osborne House, Queen Victoria's favourite family home and Carisbrooke Castle or just wander through the magical thatched villages of the Island. Small dogs are welcome.

Fishbourne Car Ferry|Road|10|B3339(Fishbourne Lane), A3054 to Ryde, straight along the esplanade past the boating lake, follow the road roadround to the right and take the second exit from the roundabout onto the A3055 to Sandown follow this road through Brading and to Sandown, take the second exit at the roundabout onto the Broadway road, then take the 5th turning on the left into Station Avenue, at the bottom of this road turn left into Albert road and then left into Victoria road, The Denewood is 100yds on the left.
