Classically trained, and with spells working with Anton Mosimann and Marco Pierre White, Tom's well priced menus make fine dining accessible to all. Dishes exploit the wealth of fresh produce available in the Cotswolds, with diverse flavours and textures which reflect the seasons The Edwardian restaurant is charming, with a focus on fine dining, while the Brasserie offers more casual suppers and lunches. In summer, life spills out onto the terrace and guests are welcome to enjoy a meal in the secluded gardens.
