Nestled in its own beautiful grounds, the property commands magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and enjoys an unrivalled setting at the top of the famous upper High Street. A haven of peace and tranquillity, with truly luxurious accommodation, yet a short stroll to all the amenities for which Broadway is renowned - restaurants, pubs, tearooms, antique shops, boutiques, galleries and so much more

At East House we aim to offer our guests every luxury they could wish for, combined with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. You will be met with the offer of complimentary champagne in the Reception Hall, with its roaring log fire and wood panelled staircase. There is a further lounge in which to relax, with original wooden beamed ceiling and views over the pond and to the garden beyond

Our guests enjoy sumptuous breakfasts, with the finest of local produce, in a delightful panelled breakfast room. At the end of your days adventures bathe in our divine Bulgari bathroom products, envelop yourself in the softest of towels and bathrobes and then slink into the finest of bed linen. All of our rooms are exquisitely furnished so that we can ensure that your day begins and ends in style

Directions:
We are situated at the top end of the Upper High Street in Broadway which is a no through road. From LONDON take the A40 then the M40 West to Oxford and exit at junction 8. Follow the A40 through Woodstock Chipping Norton and Moreton in Marsh to Broadway. At the bottom of Fish Hill you will come to a large roundabout with a sign to Broadway Village to the left. Take this road and then turn left at the mini roundabout. Continue up the High Street and you will find us on the left hand side after about 14 of a mile. We are immediately after Bibsworth Lane and directly opposite a High Street sign.From the NORTH leave the M5 at junction 7 take the A44 to Pershore and Evesham and follow signs to Oxford. At a large roundabout you will see a sign to Broadway Village to your right. Take this road and then turn left onto the High Street at the mini roundabout. Continue up the High Street and you will find us on the left hand side after about 14 of a mile. We are immediately after Bibsworth Lane and directly opposite a High Street sign.From the SOUTH leave the M5 at junction 9 (Tewkesbury) take the A438 then A435 to Evesham. Follow the signs to A44 Oxford then at a large roundabout take the road signed Broadway Village. Turn left onto the High Street at the mini roundabout. Continue up the High Street and you will find us on the left hand side after about 14 of a mile. We are immediately after Bibsworth Lane and directly opposite a High Street sign.
